Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Naiyun VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, related marks, interfaces, documents, and technology belong to the Service Provider or lawful rights holders. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions, nodes, plans, or prices and will notify users in a reasonable manner. Users are responsible for account and device security; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted software may cause failures or security risks.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to those providers' own terms.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device service, data limits, carrier outages, weak signals, or local network restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming fees are your responsibility. Before using the App, make sure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, device battery depletion, system misconfiguration, or third-party platform rule changes are not covered by compensation. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate node and route information, but some data may come from third-party partners. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates periodically, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the App service within reasonable limits; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Naiyun VPN. Before subscribing or purchasing, please confirm that the plan, devices, and usage scenarios meet your needs.

Non-Refund Policy: digital subscriptions, software licenses, or service benefits are considered delivered once activated and are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly promised by the platform.

Product Evaluation: we recommend using the free allowance, trial features, or available documentation first to confirm connection quality, node regions, and client compatibility.

Customer Support: if you encounter installation, login, node connection, or subscription issues, contact support first so we can help troubleshoot.

Technical Issues: carrier restrictions, device settings, or third-party platform changes may occasionally affect performance. We will work to resolve issues, but this does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Unauthorized Use: refunds will not be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital benefits are shared, resold, abused, or used in violation of the terms.

Policy Changes: we may update this refund policy, and changes take effect after publication on the website.

By purchasing and using Naiyun VPN services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
