This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile VPN application provided by Naiyun VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information. We follow principles of necessity, transparency, and security while providing connection, account, and support services.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect information required to operate the service, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes, we may process approximate location information. This data is used to: 1. recommend connection options based on Naiyun VPN node distribution; 2. identify regional failures and congestion through anonymized aggregates; 3. send important service updates, security notices, or account notifications. We do not use this data for unrelated advertising profiles.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services or Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except as described below, we do not share personal information: 1. compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. protection of users, the platform, or public legal interests; 3. cooperation with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through the standard device process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and a reasonable retention window. To cancel your account or delete personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if such information is mistakenly collected, we will delete it as soon as practical. Guardians may also contact us through the email above. We use access controls, encrypted storage, and appropriate physical safeguards to protect information.
